Offshoring Roundtable Series -

Offshoring Roundtable Series

Theme: Empower Nigeria Offshoring Roundtable Series, Unifying Stakeholders for a Thriving Offshoring Ecosystem

Event Overview

Nigeria's population of over 200 million persons comprises about 60% of the youth population. That is, about 120,000,000 Nigerians are below the age of 25.

We are ranked among the largest English-speaking countries in the world; about 53% of the population speaks a form of English.

With our potential in manpower and technical know-how, Nigeria should rank among countries with a high outflow of expertise in Offshoring services. However, due to a lack of a proper channel, we have been unable to maximise these opportunities over the years.

Therefore, it has become imperative that we maximise these potentials by positioning Nigeria as a reliable global offshoring destination for multinationals looking to source global talents that can put their expertise into use to earn and improve our GDP

We will exploit proven tips, tools, and strategies that countries like the Philippines and India have adopted over the years to become top offshoring destinations globally.

At this Offshoring Roundtable series, Workforce Foundation is bringing together captains of Industries, leaders, and experts to speak on the benefits of offshoring and how Nigeria, with her teeming youth population, can benefit from the global demand for international talents.

This roundtable series is divided into three phases

Phase 1

An Inaugural series

Phase 2

A 5 - part series

Phase 3

A close-up series
